We require a sales minded professional with exposure to the construction and/or infrastructure industries to provide outstanding account management to our clients. ProjectCentre is expanding throughout Australia and New Zealand and has recently secured some of the largest and most exciting infrastructure rebuild projects in the region. Presently we have over $80BN worth of projects supported by our software platform throughout Australia and New Zealand with identified substantial growth opportunities. This industry focused technology is delivered as an innovative web based Software as a Service (SaaS) and due to continued growth we require a professional to manage and implement our account strategies in the Victoria region

This role demands a motivated, confident and self starting individual who is committed and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional account management service. The construction and infrastructure market place is dynamic and ever changing however as a key client liaison you will be fully supported by a company with an enviable track record and a goal orientated culture.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

·         Quickly acquiring a detailed knowledge of our product suite
·         Managing project implementation alongside our technical resources and providing client training
·         Working to promote and develop new business opportunities
·         Maintaining client satisfaction through disciplined account management, ensuring growth within our current installed base
·         Analysing the business needs of our clients and delivering appropriate solutions within the ProjectCentre platform 

·         Effective and accurate program management across all client projects

 Candidate Requirements: 

·         Ideally commercial experience within the Construction, Engineering or Project Management industries in a revenue generating role 
·         Ability to demonstrate an understanding in the use and value of technology within project and/or construction management
·         Previous experience of delivering exceptional service to either internal or external clients
·         Ability to demonstrate successful program or project delivery
·         Exceptional problem solving skills
·         Highly motivated, well organised, disciplined and self managed. 
·         Excellent communicator and strong listener, possessing outstanding relationship building skills. 

Prior experience with project management software applications for the construction industry will be highly regarded

Client Service Executive - Canterbury, New Zealand

 

ProjectCentre is a leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions supporting in excess of $80BN of large or complex Infrastructure and Construction projects throughout the region. Within the New Zealand marketplace we have been expanding rapidly including a recent appointment to provide a solution ensuring optimization for the largest infrastructure rebuild project (>$2.2BN) as a result of the Earthquake damage in Christchurch. To continue delivering our high level of support to key clients throughout New Zealand we are looking to appoint a dynamic and professional Client Services Executive (CSE) based out of our Auckland office. The role will require a person who has a base level of business analysis and technical aptitude to support our “whole of project” software platform.

Commonly a ProjectCentre CSE is tasked with supporting client solutions within the Construction and Infrastructure industry in-line with our strategies. This approach will see a CSE working cohesively with our Key Account Managers in supporting business needs analysis and then providing technical implementation and high level support of project rollouts. As part of this a CSE will ultimately be responsible for delivering a robust optimized platform to meet the client’s requirements often wrapped around defined delivery timelines. In meeting these requirements you must be able to confidently undertake learning complex configuration and implementation protocols based upon our in house developed system.

To undertake this challenging role will require the following qualities:
•    Attention to detail including working to structured time management principles
•    Capability to autonomously develop and deliver to targets  
•    Technical aptitude for IT and a desire to understand the nuts and bolts of SaaS
•    Developed interpersonal skills

Other key attributes that would be well regarded are a background in Information Technology and/or the Infrastructure and Construction industry. Any relevant experience in systems administration/setup or software project deployment including project management software may also be considered favorably.

Regional Business Development and Client Service Manager:
Construction & Infrastructure – Western Australia
 

Our Business Development and Client Service team seeks the services of an experienced Construction Project Management and/or Business Development professional with the ability to build high-value, long term business relationships to convert our existing opportunity pipeline and to promote our online solution in Western Australia.

The successful applicant will work within the Business Development and Client Service team as it consults across industry to Clients, Project Managers/Contracts Administrators and Head Contractors with respect to best practice project delivery initiatives You must have a track record of success and experience in consultative selling in the Construction industry. Preference will be given to applicants with experience working in senior project management roles and/or with web-based project management platforms. .

Strong regard will also be given to applicants with pre-existing relationships with leading stakeholders within our target industry including Clients, Project managers, Head Contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.

In addition you will be able to demonstrate a history of successful account development and client management plus be able to show a record of excellence in building and maintaining a sales pipeline, with accurate assessments of the likely return on current and projected opportunities.
